Payment Options

In our shop you can select the payment methods described below:


  • Credit Card (Stripe)
  • Redemption of promotional coupons (vouchers)

Payment via Credit Card (Stripe)

The price will be debited from your account within the next few days. In case of a return, the corresponding amount will be credited to the same account. Date of invoice is also date of delivery. The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
Please note: If you choose Stripe as your payment method, you will enter your payment details directly in the checkout. The payment will be processed by the payment service provider Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA, in accordance with the applicable Stripe terms of use. Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. No additional fees are charged by us for this payment method. Your card issuer may apply additional fees, such as foreign transaction or exchange rate fees.



Redemption of promotional coupons (vouchers)

As part of advertising measures, we issue promotional coupons with a predetermined period of validity. Our promotional coupons can only be redeemed within the specified period and only once as part of an order process. We reserve the right to combine the option of redeeming promotional coupons with a minimum order value.

The value of the order must at least be equal to the amount of the promotional coupon. A difference to a higher value of the goods can be compensated with the payment options we offer. The value of a promotional coupon cannot be redeemed in cash and will also not be reimbursed if the goods ordered are fully or partially returned.

Promotional coupons can only be redeemed before completing an order process. Subsequent crediting is unfortunately not possible.

The promotional coupon cannot be transferred to third parties. Several promotional coupons cannot be combined with one another unless we have agreed otherwise. If you have redeemed a promotional coupon and are returning goods within the statutory right of withdrawal we reserve the right to charge you the original price for the goods that you have not returned. This only applies if the value of the order, after deducting the returned goods, falls below or corresponds to the respective value of the promotional coupon / minimum order value.
