Shipping
All orders are shipped exclusively via UPS free of charge. Express or special delivery options are not available. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns
Items marked as FINAL FEW / FINAL SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All other items may be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Please note that returns of sale items are subject to a restocking fee of $7.99 per order, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you return items purchased as part of a promotion (e.g., Buy One Get One or percentage-off discounts), a prorated refund will be issued unless all qualifying items are returned.

ara-shoes.net can only accept returns for items purchased through our website. Items purchased from authorized ara retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

All returns must use the return label provided in your original package. If your label is missing or was not included, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

If we receive a return that is damaged or worn, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you.
