We will issue a credit to the same payment method used for the purchase based on your instructions in the return authorization form. If we believe a returned product has been worn or damaged, it will be returned to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not take title to returned products until they arrive at our returns department.
9. Pricing Policy & Obvious Errors
We aim to offer competitive prices and may run online or in-store promotions. Prices and promotions may vary between the Website and stores.
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to cancel orders with obviously incorrect or unrealistic prices (e.g., due to technical problems or input errors). In such cases, no binding purchase contract is concluded.

ara warrants for a period of one year after purchase date that ara-branded products purchased from the Website are free from defects in manufacturing and materials. This is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear.

20. Warranty Program Details
ara’s One-Year Limited Warranty applies to ara products purchased from the Website or authorized retailers. Covered items include stitching, hardware, leather quality, GORE-TEX®, sole attachment, and outsole durability. Normal wear, improper care, alterations, and poor fit are excluded.
21. Warranty Return and Inspection Process
ara reserves the right to inspect warranty returns. Approved claims result in a credit voucher; denied claims will be returned. Allow 3–4 weeks for processing. Warranty decisions are final.
